Initial Consultation
Upon your first meeting, Barry Wooley and his team will listen to your ideas to understand your vision, needs, and the impact you want the finished product or event to make. We will discuss the scope of the project, including color, fabric, accessories, furniture, and budget. If you are unsure of any element of the project, we will be happy to provide a tour of our showroom to spark your creativity and imagination.

Space Analysis
Though this step may be included in the initial consultation, Barry and his team will schedule a site meeting at your home, office, or event venue to analyze the space. A space analysis includes measurement, photography, sketching of the floor plan, and specific analysis of traffic flow. The team may ask more questions at this time to fully understand information provided in the initial consultation. By the time the team leaves the space analysis meeting, they will be ready to put your great ideas into a visual concept.

Conceptualization
Barry and his designers and event planners will meet to conceptualize the project visually, including drafted floor plans, artist's sketches, fabric options, furniture ideas, lighting concepts, and accessories. Conceptualization for an event will include sample menus, design concepts, music selections, marketing and fundraising ideas, and logistical plans.

Presentation
Once the team has constructed a detailed project plan, Barry will set up an appointment to present his ideas. During this meeting, design concepts, plans, budgets, and scope of the project will be discussed, as well as logistical considerations, dates for installation, and additional elements that need to be added to the original concept. This is also your opportunity to rework any of the ideas presented by Barry and his team.

Securitization
Once you have finalized the project plan, budgets, and concepts, payment options will be discussed and added to the contracts. For furniture purchases, a 50% deposit will be required prior to ordering and the full payment of the items is expected upon delivery. For design projects and events, a retainer fee will be requested with the balance of the invoice due after the installation of the project or the day of the event. Additional payment arrangements can be made during the initial meeting and will be included in the contracts.

Installation
Once the items are ready for delivery, Barry and his team will schedule dates for the installation that are convenient for you. The Barry Wooley Design team works quickly and efficiently to execute your project with the least amount of inconvenience to you or your business as possible. All of Barry's work is fully guaranteed to be the highest quality and will exceed your expectations. The goal is to make you a raving fan of Barry Wooley Designs by the time your project is completed.
