The James Graham Brown Cancer Center commissioned Barry Wooley Designs to create an exterior display on its downtown Louisville hospital for Breast Cancer Awareness month. The team’s objective was to literally shine a light on a disease that affects 200,000 women each year. The overall effect entailed lighting The Center in a soft pink wash and draping large ribbons of fabric from the roof to create movement. The project set the tone for the month-long education and marketing efforts of the James Graham Brown Cancer Center to raise awareness. Barry was personally invested in the project having been personally affected by the disease.
